Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside—that is the mouth-watering chocolate fudge brownies! They are good for eating! What is more? You can also make brownie pops with this recipe.

It’s easy to make. This only takes 30 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake and it can serve 30 people. Helpful Tips: For you to have the perfect brownies, just put the mixture in the baking tray and set it aside for 30 minutes before you baking.

Doing so creates the skin for a perfect brownies surface. (You can also apply the same trick for your macaroons.) What to Prepare: 4 ounces of butter 8 ounces of caster sugar 2 beaten eggs 1 ounce of icing sugar 6 ounces of dark chocolate 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence/ extract 5 ounces of plain flour.


1. Line your baking tray with foil and grease it with margarine or oil. Note that this is a very pasty recipe so do not use a tray without a foil. After this, boil water in a saucepan and place your chocolate and butter into a bowl that can be used in elevated temperatures. Place this bowl on the pan with boiling water.

2. Heat the butter and chocolate until they melt while stirring. Continue until running consistency. Take the mixture out of the heat then mix in the sugar, vanilla essence, eggs, and flour while stirring. Mix until running consistency. This is your brownie mixture.

3. Pour the brownie mixture into the baking tray then set aside for 30 minutes before cooking to create a skin on your brownies. You will know when your brownie mixture already has the skin when it does not stick on your fingers when you touch it. Then preheat the oven to 180degC (350degF) or Gas Mark 4.

4. Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Make sure that the brownies are still sticky in the middle to make eating soft on the tongue. After this, transfer the brownie unto a tray and cut out your desired shapes from it before you set it aside to cool.

5. Once the brownies are completely cooled, sprinkle the icing sugar on the brownies for the final touch.
